Who We Are
NRS – Church Talent Consulting is a faith based, pastorally guided consulting firm with the mission to support church leaders’ in successfully sustaining and growing their ministries through ongoing organizational consulting.
Our collective experience has found that although many churches are faithfully and successfully led and minister exceptionally well, most have challenges when it comes to finding and developing pastoral leaders, developing their organizational plan or managing its ongoing growth.
